What stays on the phone
No accounts. No analytics. No tracking. Prediction, learning, and AI tools run on device. There is no network on the typing path.
Themes, layouts, and learned words live in storage the keyboard shares with the Clink app when you allow Full Access. Still on your device, not on a server.
What Full Access actually does
iOS shows every custom keyboard the same warning. For Clink, Full Access unlocks haptic feedback, clipboard history, and custom key sounds, and lets the keyboard read the storage it shares with the app.
Without Full Access you still get themes, layouts, swipe typing, and prediction. Only haptics, clipboard history, and custom sounds need the permission.
Clink does not log keystrokes and does not send typing data anywhere, with or without Full Access.
iCloud Sync
If you turn on iCloud Sync, profiles and themes can follow you to other devices. You choose whether the clipboard travels with them. Sync is opt-in, not the default typing path.
